MTD Institute is operated by a team of a diverse and experienced set of professionals who have their foundations in shipping  industry and are versed in industry requirements such as TMSA, SIRE 2.0, CDI, Oil Majors and Right Ship

The MTD institute includes Master Mariners, Marine Engineers, IT Professionals & L&D Professionals seated in Türkiye, Greece, India and the USA. All the instructors, consultants, and assessors have extensive seagoing experience and each has served in command of a variety of ship types.
