Certificate of Competence as Deck Officer
Learning Environment:
Theoretical facilitation to be delivered in a U-type sitting Arrangement. Simulation scenarios are to be organized by shifting ranks/roles assumed by all attendees.
Goal:
Master and Officers to recognise the value of teamwork and apply effective communication practices.
Objectives:
- Master and Officers to comprehend bridge organization.
- Master and Officers can describe and value effective communication, and situational awareness.
- Master and Officers to able to analyse environmental circumstances and initiate appropriate watch level
- Master and Officers will able to organise and respond to the navigational events by establishing team
