    Human performance improvement (HPI) for organizations   is a holistic approach to the analysis of human performance.  It is designed to unlock the \u201cgenetic code\u201d to optimum performance in a way that enables that performance to be transferred throughout the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The tools are employed to be used during a \u201cperformance improvement process\u201d in an organization. Whether the request is for training, adding a new software program, or assisting with employee retention issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
